cooperatives and artisans who have provided some of the components for the
Gladys Knight jewelry collection.

The ability of these workers to sell their products for fair prices allows
them to improve their standards of living, afford better nutrition for
themselves and their families and provide a better education for their
children.

The line will have components of semi-precious beads and charms and will have fair trade beads from West Africa. Most of the West African beads are made from recycled materials by local artisans and coops that use recycled plastics, vinyl (including old vinyl records) and glass bottles.
